"“OK to good“ - but things to be aware of..."

Car was overall very good, but the air-con was definitely not up to the local high heat conditions so often uncomfortable temperatures when driving. Initially bit hard to find the depot on arrival at airport as it is just outside the airport boundary & not well signposted; had to leave kids with bags in heat while we figured it out . Was not too happy to be presented with high “extra” insurance costs, (not made clear during online booking), that almost doubled the rental cost! However, overall, “ok to good”. Would consider to use again, now we know what to expect / offset.

Avia Zadar er de største snydere overhovedet.

Vi punkterede i en af deres biler, og det var tydeligt, at se at dækket havde været lappet før.

Da min kone talte i telefon med deres kontor, fortalte de at dæk, som var lappet, var stærkere end normale dæk…

På trods, af at vi havde billeder, som viste tydeligt at det var et lappet dæk, blev de ved, at sige at det var et nyt dæk, hvilket det tydeligvis ikke var.

Ikke nok med dette skulle jeg betale for to nye fordæk og skulle betale næsten 300€.

Da jeg bad om en udspsisifeceret regning og underskrift, samt stempel ville de kun give en underskrift som på ingen måde virker personlig.

Kan på ingen måde anbefale dette firma! Og kommer aldrig til at anbefale det til nogen!!

J’ai loué une golf 5, je repars avec une opel de plus petit gabarit.
C’est un scandale, vous prenez les clients en otage, alors que sur votre site si j’avais choisi directement ce véhicule j’aurais payé moins cher, car non ce n’est pas vrai, tous les véhicules de « gabarits similaires » ne sont pas au loués au même tarif.
De plus je n’ai pas du tout apprécié les mensonges de votre salarié me disant que si je prends l’option chez vous remplissage du réservoir à la restitution,cela me couterait moins cher le plein d’essence car vous êtes exonérés de taxe.
Vous m’avez facturé 67e le plein de la voiture alors que pendant mon séjour 50e suffisait pour remplir le réservoir.
Une grosse arnaque.
Je ne relouerais jamais chez vous.

j’ai loué une voiture de chez avia split , je me suis trompé de carburant et comme c’est une faute de ma part j’ai payé la réparation et j’assume ma responsabilité, mais je m’attendais pas que le remorquage va me coûter 570€ pour une distance de -30km et à 10h du matin ( donc pas de majoration) j’ai demandé une facture détaillée pour comprendre ce prix exorbitant il m’a dit qu’il n’a pas accès et il m’a fournit une simple facture ou c’est mentionné assistance voiture + prix
Du couo j’attends une facture détaillée avec les grilles tarifaires sinon je vais porter plainte contre eux !!!

The Avia collection office was outside of Split airport. For 2 families arriving on an evening flight it was a long walk with lots of luggage to go and collect the hire cars.

Un peu long pour récupérer ma voiture à l'aéroport de Zadar.
J'ai cependant été surclassé sans frais supplémentaires, d'une polo basique je suis passé à une 208 dernier modèle full options.
Ayant naviguer sur les forums, j'ai pu souscrire à une vraie carte de crédit (carte pass carrefour) avant mon vol et éviter ainsi des frais additionnels non prévus.
L'état des lieux du véhicule a été fait consciencieusement par le loueur et moi même.
Le retour du véhicule a été fait de la même manière.
Aucun souci, très pro, bref très bonne expérience.
