Tubimos un retraso en el vuelo y fue imposible contactar con ellos para avisarles. Nos dieron un vehículo que no correspondía con las características que habíamos pagado. Vehiculo que cuando se encendía el clima se ahogaba y no tiraba. Decepción total con Avia

"Never again with AVIA...."

Never again with AVIA. They accept your credit card to do the reservation and payment but at the check in the credit card suddenly does not comply with their T&C, just to be able to charge you for additional insurance. The same credit card (which they declared virtual or digital) I have used frequently all over EU for rent a car and blocking of deposits, but at AVIA they of course prefer excuses to charge you for the hefty insurance on the day of car pick up of course. Also the same credit card is valid to them to pay the insurance, but not to block the deposit. If they do not accept virtual credit cards then this should be detected at reservation time. In summary, never again with AVIA. There are many other companies which will be glad to accept my credit card.

Me and my family came to Croatia/Split and hade booked a small car, Renault Clio but when it was time to bring out the car the gave us a bigger SUV. Just fantastic.

Premier point, impossible de trouver AVIA rent en sortant de l aéroport, pas de panneau, on a du demander à d autre location de voiture.
Lors de la réservation sur internet pas très clair du coup, sur place très mauvaise surprise on a du rajouter 175 euros pour l assurance alors sortie ça nous a coûté plus de 400 euros

Suite à votre réponse, vous devriez lire tous les avis sur Google, je suis pas le seul à penser la même chose
