"Cuidado con no tener Visa con números grabados!!!"

Nada más llegar e ir a recoger el coche tuve que pagar 200 euros más porque me obligaron a coger seguro a todo riesgo y pagar 50 euros por depósito lleno, depósito que no gasté y no me reembolsaron nada, y todo ello porque mi tarjeta Visa no tenía los números grabados, se los enseñe en la App del banco pero no quisieron aceptarla, sinceramente me senti estafada.

The service was fast as well in arrival at Dubrovnik and at departure at Zagreb. (Both at the airport)

The car was in good condition (we got a Citron DS7 instead of à a Peugeot 3008 but it was spacious and confortable.

The drop off took 2 minutes! It was longer to get our luggages out! And in both airport the des is vers near of the airport, like 1-2 minutes walk max.

The only thing : the cost of the deposit is very high. So its important to read the contract and be prepared to pay it.

Process was easy and flexible. Overall experience was nice and they even provided help with a mistake by our side in the rental process. Car was also according to what was hired and meet all the expectations.
On the wrong side, we found some extra fees that were charged and we didn't notice before (not clearly advertised in the site) but overall not very expensive so its ok.

Pour commencer loueur introuvable à l'aéroport de Split, pas indiqué du tout, il faut demander partout, pour finir c'est en dehors de la zone des loueurs.
Arrivée enfin au comptoir, personnel très peu avenant qui regarde des vidéos sur son tel et nous répond à peine sans lever les yeux.
Ma carte visa ne passe pas pour payer la caution, alors qu'elle passe partout ailleurs, même en Albanie en avril. Aucune solution acceptée, pas possible de payer en cash, ni de prendre la carte de mon amie car elle n'est pas conductrice principale et on ne peut pas changer. Le plafond de ma carte est correct pour le montant demandé, je vérifie sur mon appli et lui montre.
La seule solution était de payer une assurance de 222€ en plus pour 6 jours, qu'elle avait bien sûr essayé de nous vendre au début à grand renfort d'exemples pour faire peur (un éclat dans le pare-brise vous coûtera 900€).
Pour finir nous avons appelé BSP par qui nous avions réservé, ils ont parlé avec eux sans rien obtenir de plus.
Résultat : nous avons annulé la voiture avec des frais de 50€ que nous pourrons peut-être récupérer via une réclamation... Et nous sommes repartis en bus!!

Everything was as expected. Car was almost new, everything was functional and in good condition. There was no issues with returning the car, they looked over and said "all good" :)
