"worst rent ever"

worst rent ever. car completely damaged. and you found something after return. no problem there was so many damages I can't check everything. last time never again. looks like businessmodel. cheap rent high cost for damages on damaged cars.

edit to reply: its okay I didnt saw it. you win. grats. Earn the money the way you do. But not from me again.

"AVIA ist eine reine Abzoge"

AVIA ist eine reine Abzoge. Sie wollen Geld holen für Schäden wo sie schon 5 mal einem Kunden verrechnet haben.
TIPP: Macht am besten ein Video wenn ihr mit dem Vermieter den Rundgang ums Auto macht. Sie sind so dreisst und suchen immer was nicht aufzuschreiben und am Schluss bei der Rückgabe muss man für einen Schaden zahlen wo schon gewesen ist.
Unser Auto war Schmutzig bei übergabe, mussten Kratzer suchen unter dem Dreck. Nie wieder AVIA.
Die Kratzer wo hinten waren wurden sogar mit einem Lackstift übermahlt. Das sieht sogar jedes Kind. und der gleiche Herr Luka Martic hat uns das Auto übergeben und wieder in Empfang genommen und direkt auf den Kofferraum geschaut wie er es wusste das er das nicht auf dem Formular markiert hat. Also mussten wir 360 Euro für einen gefligten Schaden bezahlen.

Really nice and helpful staff. Hand-over of a car is the fastest ever which is really important and competitive comparing to the others!

"De snyder dig helt bevidst"

Havde bestilt en Vw polo via Discorcars rentable, til pickup kl 11, i Zadar lufthavnen
Men da vi først lander kl 15,30 får vi af vide at denne polo ikke længere er tilgængelig, da den nu er lejet ud til anden side. vi kan nu kun kan få en Vw Tcros. Dette betyder selvfølgelig at vi skal betale mere. Forstår ikke hvorfor man lejer til bilen ud til anden side fordi man ikke ankommer til tiden. Der har vel ikke været tale om at vi ikke vil betale da de jo allerede har vores kreditkortoplysninger
Da vi modtager bilen bliver denne gennemgået af os og en AVIA agent som kun havde bemærket en skade på den ene side, vi gennemgår derfor bilen og finder 4 yderligere skader som bliver noteret. Hvilket kan undre mig når de jo er vant til at gå bilerne igennem.
Ved aflevering af bilen finder deres agent så yderligere en skade på forreste nederste kofanger, denne havde vi så ikke lavet, men overset ved modtagelsen af bilen. Men der kunne de nemt finde skaden.
Dette kommer vi så til at betale 340€ for.
Det er helt klart at de spekulerer i dette og derfor hvis du ikke har set en lille skramme ved medtagelsen af bilen bliver du hængt op på det. Deres eneste bemærkning er du skal tage fotos af bilen ved modtagelsen. Dette gjorde vi også men ikke lige af den nederste kofofanger

"Pick up at Split unpleasant experience "

Pick up at Split felt like being the victim of an extortion exercise. Great emphasis on potential damage to car and the costs of repairs. The car we had, had nearly 90,000 Km on clock and had multiple previous scrapes etc all unrepaired. No doubt previous hirers had been charged for this. Although we had already bought additional the Avia rep insisted this was not good enough. The idea we should pay for a full tank (with 15% discount) when for three days we were unlikely to use much fuel felt like another way of money being cheated out of us.
Her attitude was hostile and unhelpful. I will not use this company again due to this.
That said the drop off procedure was straight forward

"Really positive experience"

Really positive experience with Avia Rent a Car. We paid everything in advance and when we had arrived at Zadar Airport we realized that a credit card is needed for an insurance deposit. However, since we paid in advance, we just had to sign an additional statement and that was sufficient. Therefore, be aware that if you do not pay in advancey a credit card is needed for an insurance deposit. The amount will be reserved and if everything is okay, the amount is releases. This is not possible to do with a debit card.
No problem with hand over of our car, nor any additional charges.

We will definitely use their service again.

"Pessima esperienza "

La macchina non era similare a quella che avevo prenotato, mi hanno tolto 205€ per una carta per poter entrare in Montenegro e altri 80€ per la riconsegna della macchina prima delle ore 8 perché loro sono chiusi, in un aeroporto e soprattutto in luogo di turismo è assurdo avere questi orari, tutto fatto per togliere più soldi possibili ai turisti. Limitata non credo che mi affiderò più a loro.

The depot is 5-10 minutes walk (with the luggage ?!) from the airport terminal. No assistance provided. The depot is exposed to the weather, no areas with the air-conditioning for the customer.
The personal is kind and helpful.
The improvements can be easily obtained for the remarks mentioned above.
