Werd vriendelijk geholpen en kreeg zelfs een betere auto dan aangegeven! Ook werd er niet aangedrongen met allerlei extra verzekeringen! Had gehuurd via discover cars! Snel geholpen bij aflevering van de auto door een vriendelijke jonge dame! Geen problemen! Dus tevreden

Everything was great from check in to check out. We had little issues finding space to park the car at the Zadar airport for return, but few drives around and space was found.

When things go south, that's when a company's true colors show. I experienced this firsthand with Avia Rent a car. Fifteen minutes after renting my car in Dubrovnik airport, I unfortunately had an accident. I immediately contacted Avia's support team, and their assistance was exemplary. They guided me through the entire process.

Despite the mishap, I was able to continue using the car until the end of the rental period and returned it to their center. The staff, Sandra, was incredibly professional, I must give special credit to her. She ensured that I had all the necessary documents for my insurance claim, meticulously printed and triple-checked everything, and was exceptionally friendly throughout.

I would recommend renting from them in Dubrovnik.
