We had our house up for sale with another local agent in Heywood whose performance was quite disappointing. We then moved to RD Heywood and within a few weeks we had a buyer which was fab. But what really made the difference was Catherine and Tom who helped smooth the inevitable bumps of the sale process, taking responsibility to contact all the links in the chain to make the sale happen including the various legal teams who had there own agenda's. Veda, the Move Manager, was totally magic.

Veda got to the root of any hold ups along the way and kept the sale flowing with enquiries with our buyer directly and our buyer’s solicitor. Veda was also in contact with all the buyers in the chain to keep everybody up to date.

Veda is a marvellous wonderful lady who’s sense of humour matched mine so we had many laughs along the way which made dealing with Veda a pleasure.
