"Worst RV quality I’ve seen"

I've rented several RVs from other companies, and Cruise America is by far the worst experience I've had. The car is flat out poorly maintained. Our RV's bathroom wall was falling apart, the outside compartments and doors did not close properly, the air conditioning was loud and did not cool properly, the car's AC stopped working mid-trip amidst 100F, and it was on us the burden to drive somewhere to fix it because "mobile service cannot be authorized". We will never ever be renting from Cruise America again, and recommend renting from more reliable companies.

"Schlechte Erfahrungen mit Cruise America"

Wir hatten 3 Wohnmobile gebucht und bei jedem gab es Mängel. Die Fahrzeuge waren weder innen noch außen gereinigt. Bei einem Fahrzeug waren keine Einlegböden im Kühlschrank, der Mitarbeiter in San Francisco wußte sich hier nicht zu helfen, der hat dann irgendwo welche aufgetrieben, die paßten aber nicht wirklich, jedesmal kam uns der Inhalt des Kühlschrankes entgegen, sobald wir die Tür geöffnet haben. Bei einem Wohnmobil war der Ablaßschlauch so kurz, daß er nur sehr schwer angeschlossen werden konnte. Bei einem Fahrzeug fiel während der Fahrt der Wasserhahn im Küchenbereich ab. In einem Fahrzeug tropfte der Duschhahn, wir haben dann eine Plastiktüte darum befestigt, daß nicht immer die Toilette unter Wasser stand, usw., usw. Man könnte noch so weitermachen, was alles nicht i.O. war. Die Abgabe war schnell über der Bühne, die Mitarbeiter interessieren sich nicht für die aufgetretenen Mängel, d.h. daß der Nächste das Wohnmobil genau wieder so übernehmen wird. Es werden keine Überprüfungen nach Abgabe gemacht. Man kann nur jeden davor warnen, ein Wohnmobil bei Cruise America zu mieten, wir würden es nie mehr tun.
