Uitgevallen koelkast en vriezer (8-9 dgn zonder gezeten). Ondanks alle toezeggingen geen enkele service gekregen. Ook de gemaakte extra kosten (waarvan was toegezegd dat wij deze zouden terugkrijgen bij inlevering van de camper) tot op heden nog niet ontvangen. Bij inlevering werden wij door de medewerker simpelweg verwezen naar de mailbox van klantsupport, deze blijkt echter niet actief.
Ook het contactformulier op site werkt helaas niet.
