Following that, the electricians took over, completing the installation of the inverter and 10kW battery system. They were also efficient, quiet, and left everything neat and tidy.

Our battery was installed on a Saturday morning 2 days after we moved in: I sense to accommodate us which was great. Unfortunately something went wrong during the installation and it took 2 weeks before it was rectified despite emails and calls to Encom every other day.
