Jag köpte en engångsmall som skulle kosta en mindre summa, vilket jag tyckte var helt okej, tror det var runt 29 kr. Men jag har blivit debiterad 249 kr i klarna. Det stog ingenting på LiveCareers webbplats att jag hade tecknat något abonnemang. dessutom, 249 kr för vad ?? Vilken abonnemang kostar 249 kr per månad i den här tiden. Jag har reklamerat detta och hoppas att företaget rättar till det, annars kommer jag att gå vidare med en polisanmälan då detta inte är något annat än rent bedrägeri

A dishonest company that does not inform the customer of all the details of the subscription. This amount was deducted today from my card without my consent or knowledge in exchange for what I requested before to create my CV and I paid the equivalent of 10 Saudi riyals. Why was this amount deducted today when I did not request anything? Something in return and without my knowledge or consent

I didn't realise that i'd signed up to an auto renew subscription at nearly £20 a month. They have been taking this for the last 4 months and I've logged in once during this time (the first and only time). They haven't emailed me during the last 4 months to advise that I had a live subscription.
