Initially, I thought the process was very smooth and easy, and felt I built a good CV. However, after preaching about how their services are free, I was made to pay the service fee, so much for free. Furthermore, they charged me £19.85 without my invest not even 3 weeks later without an email or receipt, completely shameful. I emailed and they said they have refunded me £9.93 and it will take 7-10 buissness days to be put through, ONLY HALF OF WHAT THEY STOLE FROM ME. I never signed up for a 14 day trial I simply paid the fee I had to pay at the end to extract my CV. Hope it can be fixed, very poor service

"Money taken that shouldnāt have been"
Having noticed a payment that I didnāt recognise I followed it back and realised that this company has taken around Ā£500 from my account over a period of years. While I took up the trial period I also cancelled it with a month of looking at the site. Customer services didnāt answer and their website is less than useful. Avoid at all costs!
Re the companyās reply.while it sounds like theyāve done something to resolve the situation, they ārefundedā me Ā£6.75⦠given they lack of clarity on their page cost me hundreds I can honestly say it didnāt come close.

Unauthorized additional LiveCareer subscription charges were made to my credit card without my consent, 7 days after I purchased the CV.

I am writing to share my experience with LiveCareer in a professional and transparent manner. Initially, I used their service to create a single CV and had no intention of subscribing to a recurring plan. However, despite multiple written requests via email to cancel my subscription, monthly charges continued to be deducted from my account.
In response to my complaint, I received communication from LiveCareer confirming that a refund would be issued. To date, I have not received the promised refund, which has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
I have provided evidence, including screenshots of the unauthorized charges and the email address used for the CV creation, but the issue remains unresolved.
I would appreciate immediate action to address my concerns, cancel my subscription, and process the refunds for the unauthorized charges. My aim in sharing this feedback is to ensure transparency and professionalism and to encourage the company to improve its handling of similar situations for other customers.
