"The payment system ERROR"

I've had a really frustrating experience with this system. Despite canceling my subscription, I was still charged (after some time). There was no indication of any issues or errors. While I liked the idea of creating my own resume, it's clear that there are some system glitches. Additionally, I found it odd that not all cards could be added for payment, even though it states that Visa and Mastercard are accepted. It turns out/ looks like that certain banks aren't supported, but can’t find any info about it before.

Have been going round in circles all week after noticing 60 pounds missing from my bank account.

I used the chat line and was told they couldn't help me due to GDPR.

I spoke to the bank and they said I need to get the company to refund me.

I have tried to do so today and was hopeful after seeing them refunding people on here but I was told I would only get a £9 refund, when I questioned this they got angry with me and basically said that refunds aren't guaranteed and it was goodwill!!!

I'm a single parent that was just trying to better my future now I'm in my overdraft and struggling to put food on the table.

£60 IS EXTORTIONATE
