I registered on this site in April 2022, and since then, I have never subscribed to any paid services or used their offerings. I have not been vharged on my credit card back then. However, starting April 7, 2024, I began receiving monthly charges despite not having accessed the website at all.

In total, I am owed € 150. This situation is unacceptable. I have reached out to their customer service to demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund, and did not recieve a response.

I am extremely frustrated with this experience and the lack of support from their team. I urge anyone considering their services to be cautious, as my experience indicates a serious issue with their billing practices.
