I have had a very poor experience. I paid a fee of £1.99 which I was lead to understand by the website that this is a one off payment and not a subscription!! This came to light when my bank contacted me about fraudulent activity. I then noticed 3 amounts of £19.85 had been taken from account. I rang Live Career and asked for a refund. I have not used their service since August 2024 where I paid my £1.99. The chap I spoke to said he could only give me £9.93 back. I am not sure what this figure is about. This leaves me still out of pocket if £49.62 !! I used Live Career to help my teenage son with CV. I am an NHS worker and not rolling in it !! I have noticed on this site that a recent post from someone with a similar situation had their money fully refunded. I guess it depends who you speak to and the named 'Miguel ' would have been more helpful!!
Not an equitable service. Avoid at all costs !!

In general the final product looks good, just few details, for example: you did job in more countries so you need to type it in the describtion, cause one job can have only one place. And also the hints could be useful, most of them look like AI made it. And its not free, 2 bucks is minimal fee
