I am absolutely furious with this company. I have used it to create a resume, I need to raise a complaint regarding two charges that were made to my account today, one for £19.85 and another for £20.95, for a subscription I do not recall signing up for.

I used your service to create a resume, for which I believe I already made a payment. However, today, these additional charges were deducted from my account. I have since learned that I was apparently enrolled in a subscription plan that lasted for 14 days, but I was never made aware of this nor did I intend to sign up for such a service.

DO NOT USE!! Avoid at all costs!! I signed up for £1.85 to get a template to help write my teenagers first CV. They have then taken 6 months "subscription" of £19.85 and I have only just noticed! Their online chat facility is abysmal - I assume it is run by a robot. They just kept trying to get me to stay with them by offering a reduced monthly amount. I have never used such an infuriating service. Apparently a refund will be looked into but I suspect it wont happen so have raised as fraud with my bank.

BEWARE of using this Company for a one off CV. during free trial ! I cancelled the free trial well within the time limit stated and took them at their word that they had cancelled and no further subscription payments would be taken.
How trusting was I ! It has only come to my attention recently that they DID NOT cancel , but continued to take subscription payments for the last 3 years.
Despite me having written proof , they refuse to refund the full amount taken from my bank account despite them not having authorisation. 😡

The CV was great a guiding what we needed to say and giving me tips to help sell myself. I have not done a CVC in a very long time s it was useful to have that help and support
