"That’s a Scammers "

What would be a great CV building site is ruined by the scam of a hidden subscription. I was happy to pay a small £1.95 to edit and download my CV as this was framed as a one off fee with no information about a subscription, for full long term access there were higher price options but I didn't need these. The only email I received after payment was my CV attachment, no other emails and I've checked junk/spam too. I then notice 2 weeks later £19.85 has been taken from my account. Customer service managed to refund £14.89 for the unused part of the month but apparently the system couldn't do a full refund. Avoid at all costs!

I wish i could give 0 stars, they charged me £19.85 for subscription without my consent using my bank account details when i asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back. This company is a fraud. They say they will make CV for £1.95 but they will directly sign you for their monthly subscription without your consent and without mentioning anywhere.

As per previous reviews, happy to pay £1.99 to create and download a CV. Shocked when £19.85 was taken from my account for a subscription that is not at all clear when making the payment of £1.99. To be fair, they did refund the payment when i expressed my feelings of being ripped off.
