The company charges a nominal fee for a cv download, but then charges a monthly/anuual fee as a subscription that you cannot opt out of.
Nowhere on the website is there a way to cancel your account or unsubscribe.
If you, as I did, wanted to just trial this service, you end up tied into an agreement with no straighforward exit available.
The telephone number on their site (for the UK) also doesnt connect.

I completed a CV for my daughter and paid a fee of €2.30. Which they misadvertised and said it was free. I paid this as we had put a lot of information into the template. They then proceeded to charge me €23 two weeks later. This was very covert. When I contacted them they said 14 day trial was over and subscriptions auto renew. They had no authorisation to take from my card. This is not upfront it is very deceiving. Please beware using this website.
