I actually liked the software, it was useful but the experience is ruined by the company not being forthcoming on the website about the fact that the 14 day "free" trial is actually chargeable if you stick with the subscription. I was charged 199 for the first 14 days and then again 399 for the next month and this wasn't made apparent on the website when I was signing up. I was sent an email mentioning this. But my issue is that it was advertised as a 14 day free trial but I was charged for that period as well as 399 after that. I don't think anyone expects to pay ₹598 for this service for a little over a month.

The experience was very helpful as I didn't have an updated CV for job hunting along came Live Careers and they saved the day as they allowed me to set up my CV to include a professional CV
with there help
Without there help I probably wouldn't have found employment so I recommend this company to anyone the company is very professional and they assist u step by step so u can create your own personal CV which if was done by another company would cost u a lot of money. I will certainly be using there service again if I have to.

Absolute Scam!
I signed up for their free CV builder and did pay a one off fee. I only needed to use the service to quickly build a very basic CV.
12 months later I find out I have been charged 16.95 GBP a month!
I have no email confirming I was signed up to a subscription and in fact no emails since the original sign up. This is totally underhand and a dodgy business practice.

Horrible. I went to all the trouble spending a good few hours to build my CV, only to find at the END that I had to pay to download. I begrudgingly paid as I put the effort in, only to find out two weeks later they took a subscription fee of £20! For what exactly? Not using the service again. I wrote an email to complain and they said they would refund me half... ermmm no, this is theft and I reported it to my bank.
