Not even worthy of one star, but no option to submit a review with less!

I ordered 4 boxes of a very specific tea bag on their website. The tea bags I received were not those I had ordered on their website and three out of four boxes were damaged. I was ordering on behalf of someone else, so not only was this disappointing but also very embarrassing.

“Holly” in customer service replied to my initial email assuring me that this would be looked into. Despite another four emails from me offering to return the boxes and requesting a refund - no further communication from British Essentials was ever received.

Appalling and dishonest at best.

I live in Ireland where we can’t get the marvellous Pizza Express low fat vegan dressing! My favourite. I was pleased to find I could get it from British Essentials, so ordered it! It did not turn up so I enquired about it. Erin kindly took the case on board - she discovered it had been returned by Irish Customs - this can happen since Brexit. She re-sent the parcel using the Address Pal system we have here where parcels can to to an address in England then be sent through Irish post. Yesterday it arrived safely - many thanks to Erin for the effort she put in!
