Refused to refund my shipping costs despite selling products without making clear they are coming via international delivery, and stating misleading timeframes for delivery. I ordered based on 5-8 day delivery which was what was promised at point of sale. This was not “estimated” and at no point was I told this was an estimate. The goods took over 2.5 weeks to arrive. I’ve been told they won’t resolve my issue, and that my delivery costs will not be refunded, even though I threatened small claims and online reviews. Stay away!!!!
