I am delighted with what I ordered. I simply cannot get these products easily in Canada anymore. I also appreciated that what you charged was exactly what was owed. There were not added fees for delivery or customs.

You must be joking! Is this a scam? I ordered biscuits weeks ago which never arrived. The order number is not recognised and seems to be shipped by DHL Asia! To where? I’m in the South of France. Criminal activity?

I have been asked to edit this after lots of apologies and a resend, by which time I had cancelled the payment for non arrival of my biscuits. Predictably, the resend never arrived with a major kerfuffle over tracking numbers: was it La Poste, was it DHL? Biscuits last claimed somewhere in France two weeks ago. Today disappeared again. Thank heavens that Barclays got my money back from them. All this is reminiscent of a Chinese scam.
