After 18 days of not receiving shipping information (tracking numbers), I finally contacted this seller.

I didn't receive a e-mail explaining, why the items had not been actually shipped, but only tracking information of 1 the items being shipped the day of my enquiry on March 17, 2023.

After yet another enquiry I received the other 2 tracking numbers and still no word on what is going on.

All Items arrived finally a month after ordering.The only apology I got was to the fact the shipment was broken into 3 parcels.

And now on April 8, 2023 they have the cheek to ask me to rate their service and my experience with them? Seriously? I will never order there again. I am shocked at the audacity.

one reviewer said waited 3 weeks for delivery and asked for cancelation, but got and was not happy. did they expect 1 day delivery. I dont mind waiting 3 week and have waited 3 months before and was still happy.

Requested quick dispatching for occasion and waited 3 weeks to find out the parcel got sent back to them as they never completed customs documentation. Eventually apologised and refunded me (less what did get delivered, albeit a very small part of the main order) would have thought they wouldn’t have charged me anything after all the delays and excuses… I

I LOVE what I bought. I received EXATLY what I ordered. The reason for giving only four stars instead of five is because you (the company) lack communicating to the client. I had to send an email to find out if the order had been received and one asking when will it be shipped, and one asking what was taking it so long to be delivered. I felt as you are a large company, you should have done these automatically.
