I’m started to feel as though I’ve been scammed. I received email notification that my order was shipped on February 13th. The tracking link used to show en route with no other progress. I’ve written now at least 3 times with no response. Now the tracking link (dhl) shows it doesn’t exist. It’s been 23 days since “shipping” .. and zero response. I would be understanding of delays if there was just some communication!
