"Royal Mail Nightmare"

Was notified by text that my order would be delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday between 10.03 & 14:03 it never arrived and as I was in all that time I know that nobody tried to deliver. I get a text saying no one was available, which is not true, rebooked for Friday 27th same time window 10.03 - 14.03 so I waited in again, then received another text saying 'we hope to deliver your order by 19.30! I had to go to the shops, when I returned my delivery was on the doorstep.
British Essentials are good no problem, but Royal Mail (was parcel force) are not fit for purpose, they try hard to emulate DPD or DHL and miss by a mile, Ditch them as they are losing you business.
