I ordered 8 plastic jars sesame tahini from this website,they sent orders in three different packages and told me that it’s customs free to Send to Sweden but unfortunately they didn’t activate the ioss barcodes in there system,Swedish customs charged me 12£ each package, they don’t respond to my email or claim, I tried to call them but no answer, the worst service and totally untrusted people, received the packages but three items damaged because the plastic seal opened or popped, oil came out and they were sticky, don’t buy any thing from them.

I ordered early because I was afraid items would sell out quickly. It seems Christmas comes earlier and earlier every year. I do like the way shipping is charged, although that shipping surcharge can be a bit of a surprise!

This is my third review, my first one on Trustpilot, i review a lot of companies and most are positive, but this time sees me in a position where in disbelief my review doesn’t even cover my situation or my anger.” I ordered jars of kimchi a Korean product. Upon receipt, the safety blisters on the caps were all piped and the plastic seal which is supposed too be a second seal we’re all torn, obviously this product couldn’t be used for health and safety reasons. I contacted this company which didn’t respond, I sent reviews too the company but no response they continued to send me mails for my review, I sent another one ⭐️ review and have still have had no reply. This is a retail company and customer service should be their priority. But it seems that we are brushed under the carpet and ignored. Disgusting service. Imagine sending a consumable product which is a HEALTH RISK, plz if purchasing a consumable product check the safety seals TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY”.

No complaints on the products or the packaging or even the 2 weeks delivery time, but it is annoying that there were still charges to get the package delivered to Sweden since Postmord charges 75:-to process the delivery.
