"Beware of Hidden Charges"

I find it very misleading, there’s a Canadian flag right in the top right corner to imply you are ordering from a Canadian subsidiary, but what they don’t mention is you are going to be hit with a 30% duty and brokerage fee when your package arrives. For an exporter they should clearly state this. Most exporters I have dealt with in the past take care of this up front. So be aware. They actively entice you to buy more to save on shipping, but then you are hit with an exorbitant importing and brokerage fee.

Parcel arrived, pretty well packaged, the unavailable items were refunded without being asked. The problem was the rather long 12 days delivery from ordering. The website says 5-7 days from dispatch (which was true), but fails to inform that it can take 7 days from order receipt to being ready to dispatch, which is a surprisingly long time when competitor companies seem to be able to turn it around in 48 hours or less.

Everything was fine except for the plain chocolate digestives, all packs of which had around 50% of the biscuits broken, which was disappointing ad they are my favourite biscuits which aren't available here in Poland.
