From the staff at the showroom to the fitter- everyone has been friendly, helpful and informative.

Having been let down by the fitters in previous companies for Windows, we wish to say what a great job has been done. The fitter spent a fair amount of time ensuring that the finish looked good outside and in.

What a great service from the whole team. It’s a big purchase and so important to get it right. All the team I spoke to from the point of signing to installation has been great. Ben and his team (Sam and I think Charlie?!) really respectful and worked hard all day. Craig was amazing and helped to finalise all those little bits so it was 💯 great job from all of them. All staff we have been engaged with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. Two doors were fitted by Mike, who arrived at the stipulated time. Installed perfectly and tidied the site when completed. We would not hesitate to use Caddy Windows again and would recommend to others.

Great service - We had front (including two bays), upstairs & side windows + front door fitted in December.

We recently had our windows installed by Caddy Windows, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dan and Jamie were amazing from the quotation side and were happy to answer my many questions! And Mark and Kieron were incredibly professional, arriving on time and working efficiently throughout the installation process. They were respectful of our home, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy and the quality of the windows is outstanding. The staff at Caddy Windows were always available to answer our questions and respond times are great, their friendly and knowledgeable approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, we highly recommend Caddy Windows to anyone looking for high-quality window installation. Their professionalism, quality products, and exceptional customer service truly set them apart.

"Very poor after care service "

Very poor after care service

I contacted Caddy Windows to fit 9 PVC windows and 2 doors, February 2020. Initially everything seemed fine, but around December 2023 I started to see a lot of damp around the windows and doors. I contacted Caddy Windows January 2024 to ask them to have a look, and they told me the problem was my paint? Very disingenuous. Unsure of how internal paint could cause damp around the windows and doors. I had an Independent Property Surveyors who is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to survey the windows and doors. Who found that the sealant around all my windows and doors had failed.

When I asked Caddy Windows to put it right, they refused saying that they only do a 12-month warranty on this, not the 10-year warranty in bold on their website.
The initial offer from Caddy Windows they would do the repairs at a cost to me for £240 and they would not reimburse me for the surveyor’s fee of £450.00.
Caddy Windows have queried the surveyors report implying that the report was not through and that there are other defects in the property causing the damp around the windows and doors. They have refused to take ownership of the problem.
I am now faced with having to pay a more reputable company to put this right and going through the court to get the money back from this unprofessional window company. Caddy Windows need to read and fully understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

From my experience I would not recommend this company, very poor after sales service and abdication of responsibility. Extremely disappointed.
