Very quick and efficient service from the team in Brighton.
I had my MRI on Monday l, received my results the next day.
This will help my doctor with the treatment I need.

"Started well went down hill"

My initial experience from booking to the location were great. Staff were friendly and prompt. However it all went wrong post scan. The request to forward to my consultant didn’t happen. I had to return to the practice to retrieved the images on a disk myself. When the consultant reviewed the images he deemed them very poor quality. The report did not match what the consultant saw and he questioned if it was even the right report for my scan.

"Great company and overall great"

Great company, efficient service from booking to entry and scan. I did need to chase up staff twice after initial contact to get status of services but once I contacted them, it was resolved quickly and they were friendly. Entry on the day was great and reception was receptive and asked me for me details right away for check in and gave me a tablet to fill in whilst asking if I'd like any beverages. The clinic was well furnished and professional. There was a laptop cable lying around underneath the TV stand but it's not a big deal as everything else was good quality furniture and surroundings with a great colour scheme and it felt like you were in a luxury setting without any sanitized smell you get at hospitals but a great relaxed atmosphere. After a few minutes, the nurse called me and explained the procedure. She wasn't the friendliest I've ever, but she wasn't unfriendly or unpleasant either. It was just a standard run of the mill experience. The procedure was straightforward and took how long it would usually take for an mri. Exit was good and I was asked about my experience by the staff and they offered me a beverage yet again. I can't fault the hospitality and general experience. Would recommend and use again.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of enquiring, and the prices were very fair. Customer service after my visit was fantastic in assisting me with getting the scan results to my consultant.

"Stress free scanning"

I was seen on time and welcomed by friendly courteous staff. My foot was being scanned and the scanner was small, just big enough for a foot or arm, not one of the large scanners that hospitals use, and much less noisy. I was made comfortable in the scanner and the result was available the following day. I would recommend having something to occupy yourself with such as a book or magazine as the scan itself takes about half an hour.

I would personally like to thank all members of the Living Room Health team at Brighton for the excellent experience when I attended for my scan on 15th February. I was very impressed with the warm welcome I received, and the offer of refreshments on arrival. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole of the scan process and was very pleased to receive the images and Radiologists report the next day.

I now have the necessary information available to discuss during my forthcoming hospital telephone appointment.

I dealt with helpful people the whole way through the experience, not robots. Everyone I came into contact with was more than happy to help and accommodate my needs. I got my MRI back less than 24hrs after my scan. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience, plus the clinic was clean, bright and impressive.
