As soon as I walked I was treated well, in all honesty was not expecting such service from a medical institution.

Very clean and welcoming staff, big thank you to the receptionist who's name I should of asked for but didn't as well as Amelle, who both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt at ease and great conversation while I waited.

On top of this, compared to all the other private medical organisations I have dealt with they were the most affordable and effective.

Very memorable and would recommend this place to anyone, from check ups to top class equipment. It certainly sticks out from any other experience I've had.

If I could rate my experience with Living Roo Health ten stars, I would. From my initial request to after my MRI, I was dealt with professionally from the reception to the lady who did the MRI. When I made the booking, I was sent a questionnaire to complete, which was a simple form to complete. I received my invoice and must say the cost of the MRI was so reasonable. I made payment and received instructions on how to get to Living Health from Paddington Station and was so easy to get to. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a cup of tea or coffee topped with a very warm and welcoming receptionist. In addition to a friendly team, Living Health was immaculate. I will not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone and can reassure you that you will not be disappointed with your experience. Reasonable rates, immaculate rooms, and a friendly welcome.

They did everything to make me feel comfortable . Offered tea and biscuits ( even got an extra one as I mentioned I love them 😊)
They have patience I have never seen in anyone before.
