"My scan results were forwarded to my GP…"

My scan results were forwarded to my GP surgery on the same day that I had the scan, due to the carelessness of a staff member at my GP surgery I was informed that they hadn't received the report and I had to request the report again which was no problem to Batool or Amelle who despatched the report straight away,when I contacted my GP practice and spoke to a different receptionist at first she stated that they had not received the report but with my insistence she looked and the report was there in fact they had received the report on the same day of my scan.Even though my Gp had the scan report and digical images I was asked to contact the clinic and ask for the images to be sent to the hospital Batool and Amelle sorted this out without questioning why.There's a saying you get what you pay for. With the living room you get excellent service from the initial contact through to the end and even after the service should have ended.
