Always great service with this company. Never had a problem with any orders. This past order, an item was accidentally left out. A quick email to them and it was on the way the next day. Any company can do good business, but it is how a company handles a situation when there is a problem that really sets them apart from the others. In my opinion, ECMS, is a top notch company to do business with. Highly recommended.

I contacted customer service via email about when my order was going to ship, they got back to me right away and told me the order would ship that afternoon, which it did. The order was shipped two day priority mail and it arrived when expected. What I ordered was exactly what I received. Their price on what I ordered was inexpensive but the needles were same brand as my vet uses Thanks East Coast
