I’ve been using this site for years for my in home medical needs. The products are always correct and as described.
They could garner a 5 star review with some customer support. The website doesn’t update you after shipped. No tracking method nor a delivered update which helps if you live in a multi family community. No one ever answers the 800, never. So if your super time sensitive and are counting on usps to stick to the “priority mail” it would be cool if I could track that line we used to get.

I had placed my order last week of a few items. It was a bit pricey of course but when I received my order, half of it was missing. On the packing slip it was missing one of the items I ordered and one of the items on the slip wasn’t even in the box. I’ve already emailed and called multiple times to speak with someone but i can never get through to talk to anyone. Very dissatisfying

This is the worst company ever. They advertised that the item was in stock. It's been 2 months and still haven't received it. They charge outrageous shipping and handling costs as well. Keep saying the item is on backorder. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
