"Extremely disappointed and FRUSTRATED! Changed to a satisfied customer!"

Below was my original review, which resulted in a two star rating. Soon after this review was posted I did hear from Erik's. They were taking care of my issue, problem was no one had let me know this, I received the missing part the next day. They apologized profusely and I appreciated their response. I would happily do business with them again.


The ordering process was very easy and shipment of my purchase was very quick, would rate that experience 5 stars. When my item arrived it appeared that a part was missing. I have sent an email inquiring about this and have left two messages with customer service. I have not received a response either by email or a return call from customer service. Almost a s week has passed and I cannot use the item I purchased without the missing piece. Extremely disappointed and FRUSTRATED!

"I was looking for a new bike and got a Great One!"

I was looking for a new bike and got a great one. The sales staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy or condescending. I gave them a price range and they stayed within it, working to find the right bike at the right price. They even fitted the bike specifically to me while I was sitting on it instead of just guessing. I highly recommend stopping in and considering Erick's as the place for your next bike purchase.
