My Specialized women's bike shoes were ready for shipping the morning after ordering. I had them in my possession four days later. The product was perfect. Right model, right size. I will not hesitate to use Erik's again!

Good selection good pricing, prompt service/delivery, my only beef is shipping seemed a little high to me, but in the end, I was willing to pay it as I was replacing a Yakima rack to ensure it matched what I had, that I unfortunately drove into the garage with a bike on it (DOH).
