My issue with Erik's is receiving a shipping notice on 8/2 when the package did not actually ship until 8/7. I called once and left a message and sent an e-mail inquiring to why the package was not showing any progress when tracking. I never received a response. Also the helmet I ordered had part of the Specialized logo ripped off. If it wasn't for the special price I would have returned the helmet.
So I wouldn't say there was friction but there was a lack of customer service and attention to product quality.
