Four stars instead of five because the size chart that was posted on their website for the helmet I ordered was wrong and I ended up having to pay for shipping to return because it didn't fit.

Asked them to check around as I can still find them online; they say they will get abck to me. NO RESPONSE FOR 1 WEEK!! I call AGAIN got some one else. Yes we can get one. Will be here Friday. Nope here Tuesday. More than 3 weeks late. Graeme was apologetic and polite but come on. That's why I rated it a 2 star.
