I have purchased at least 8 bikes at Erik's for our family over the past several years. The products and level of service are best in class. Brian at the Coon Rapids store is a key example of incredible customer service. Erik's is the only place I will shop for bikes.

I ordered a jersey on 7/1. Erik's CS did email me to let me know the order would not process until 7/5 due to the holiday. I responded that I wanted the jersey for a ride on 7/9 and they responded it would make it. The jersey arrived on 7/8 in time for my ride, but took a little longer than I would have liked. LOVE the Specialized jersey, though!!
