I ordered my bicycle during a holiday weekend and it was still sent out as soon as possible. When the bicycle arrived it was in awesome condition and the tires were even filled which surprised me. They have accurate UPS tracking so I knew exactly when I would get the bike. All in all this was a very good experience and any other bike purchases I make will be through Erik's.

Went to one shop to buy our second bike in a month ($750 spend each time). Sales guy couldn't care less. Didn't know if they had a bike in my wife's size. We asked if they could look it up. He called the other store and said no. Found out later he hung up on the 2nd store. He had a buddy in the shop and kept talking with him. After waiting 20 minutes to actually purchase the bike, with it at the counter, and not getting his attention, we walked out and went to the other Erik's. Great service, attention. Picked out the exact same bike. That salesman adjusted the seat for proper fit, checked tire pressure, had my wife ride it around, answered our questions, sold us $100 in accessories, and we purchased it immediately. Great bikes.

I suggest sales people not assume who has $$ and who is ready to buy. Spent $1500 there so far.

Superb store for gear! The DZR shoes are great. They definitely run small and I wish I had ordered a size larger, but that is on me. The only negative was lead time until shipped. It was a few days from order until a shipment notification was received and that notice was that a label was printed and shipping company was notified. It just seemed that time to ship was longer than necessary, but it is probably that I am spoiled by Amazon and the instant gratification of Prime Now. I will definitely order from your company again. Your prices and selection are great!
