Great helmet. However, the chin strap is inserted into the buckle backwards. Can't fix it without breaking the plastic snap mechanism. Also, the chin strap flaps in the breeze.

I am very satisfied with the service that I have received from Erik's. I had been searching desperately for the same Specialized S-Works road cycling shoe that I've been wearing. My current shoes were wearing out, and I could not find this shoe ANYWHERE! During a late night web search, I stumbled on Eric's Bike, Board, and Ski site. Not only did I find the shoes in my size, but the price was way less than I intended to pay. I was able to order the shoes to be delivered to my home address in a week. I emphasize this because there were several other online merchants that only delivered to their store, which in many cases was over an hour away. To my delight, Erik's delivers to the customer's address! Today, I am one happy cyclist! So hard to find these shoes otherwise because I find that cycling shops are simply not stocking a variety of shoe styles and sizes anymore, and for females, the selection is so much worse! The future of choice for cycling gear will likely be on-line.
