The product was exactly what I ordered. Though I did order it weeks in advance- I was not informed that the product had been backordered. Thankfully they were very nice and when I told them I had to have the product by a specific date... they did accommodate and did get the product to me in time. So I would definitely recommend them in regards to product and customer service- I just next time plan to email them before to confirm they have the product so that I don't plan my order around it coming sooner rather than later.
