Picked up a 2014 Red Bianchi Intenso online. Graeme (web manager) was a big help. The bike arrived with a small scratch in frame. Graeme turned the experience into a positive by offering me compensation for the scratch that was more than fair.

Bike arrive a week later in box and derailer was tweaked which required a trip to the local bike store for a $10 repair but otherwise service was state of the art. Great job Erik's.
