"Great Service, Great Website, Very Happy"

I've never known about this website, wish I've known sooner...They have good deals, low prices gears, ship fast...everything is great. However, I kinda wish they would offer free shipping when you buy over a certain amount that would be so nice.

Bought an 18" fit bmx bike for my son . Good quality , little disappointed in the wheels / tires , have quite a bit of wobble in them brand new . I would expect that from a cheap bike from walmart . Not from fit bike co. In the bmx world , nothing stays new for long . The bikes my other boys have had , verde , stolen , etc all started out very nice and true . I cannot fault the bike shop , as it came in a box to them . I know they would make it right , if we were local to them , and they would have assembled it .

Very helpful on the phone. Price was right. Ordered online and shipped to California. Bike arrived pre-assembled and repacked in original box. With a small amount of assembly, handlebars, petals and seats we were ready to ride with exactly what we ordered.

"Outstanding Customer Service"

By far the best customer service I have experienced. I bought a new MTB helmet from them and received the helmet on a Saturday. There was a flaw with the helmet and I mailed it back to them and before I got back from the Post Office, they had a new helmet on its way. On the phone they were awesome with the way they handled the situation.

"One star off.."

Pricing was great.. I feel for the cost of shipping was good but the time for it to be delivered could have been better. I tracked the package coming from Florida to Maryland and it went clear past all the way to Chicago before back tracking to Maryland. Not really something that can be controlled nor was it my reason for only 4 stars.. My reason is the packaging was below average. Item had some Knicks and scratches for there was no packing materials within. Items were simply put in box and sent out. My recommendation is to add some bubble wrap or newspaper...idk something. Spent over 300 bucks but seemed to lack care in packing.
