I bought Look Pivot bindings and when they arrived they looked like they had already been used even though I bought them with the assumption that they would be new like the description said. I sent an email with pictures to try and remedy the problem and no one ever got back to me. Will not be ordering from them again.

They responded to my email about the bindings and offered to either replace them or offer a partial refund. The bindings were mounted with out them knowing so there was a communication error that lead to the defects of the bindings.

I appreciate the jacket, it fits perfectly. I am a little upset that I never received an email response back to my inquiry made immediately after my order was placed... I registered to become an Erik's subscribed member and received a $10 off coupon seconds after I placed my $100 order. I inquired about whether or not customer service could credit me the $10 (amount of coupon) or re-process my order so I could use the coupon since the jacket I purchased was the last left of its size. I would still appreciate someone reaching out to me by email or phone. Thanks!
