I have a product missing from my parcel. It's been a week and still no one had contacted me

"Order not delivered and no response"

Order not delivered, waiting a couple of extra days, messaged customer services and still nothing, no order, no explanation. If you have an on-line sales model, no dispatch, no response to follow ups is a big fail.

They say don't send multiple emails for the same enquiry, I'd settle for a single follow up. Other online retailers much better, avoid

The communication about delivery times is efficient and instructions followed. I have given 3 stars as I want to return a large item and there is no return service and it will be at my own cost. I know this is clear when ordering but I expected to have more help not to have to arrange and pay for everything about the return. This will stop me ordering again.
