The delivery took a long time and I had some odd and misleading delivery information emails.

"Packaging issues "

The large mirror I ordered came smashed to pieces. The packaging was completely inadequate which was surprising as everything else I ordered was beautifully packaged. I did pay £15 postage so expected a better quality of service. However, when I phoned to complain the customer services lady was very helpful.
