"They emailed me and I responded but…"

They emailed me and I responded but then they proceeded to blow up my phone with texts about the exact things I answered in the email while I was at work and told them that. Then they sent me all the stuff I declined with no explanation so if you were going to send it anyways why was it offered as additional? Not thrilled and feel they jacked up the prices to include this stuff i didn't want

i enjoyed how everything was done online or by phone. The individual assisting me through my process was amazing. i felt as if i was appreciated as a customer although there wasn’t any face to face communication.

"Great start, awful outcome "

The experience started fantastic: they sent the package for the impressions in a timely manner. Gabe was extra great and all was good and sent on time. After that, when I got my results. I did not have my HSA card right away and did not complete the transaction right away but scheduled a call for the next day. Kylie never returned my calls, texts or anything. Ghosted completely. Nobody from Byte replied or got back to me. Not even to say that they did not want my business - that is the reality with this silence.
I am traveling and as soon as I get back home, I will scheduled with another company. Maybe a sign from heaven? So if now they don’t reply when I am trying to pay, what can I expect as far as arrive if I need something during the treatment.

"Poor customer service and glitchy app"

Before I purchased the treatment plan: multiple follow-ups via email/ text/ and calls from their representatives every day.

After I purchased the treatment: I had to be the middleman for my dentist to provide Byte with their requested information. I had to follow-up with Byte, for them to respond days later, and only to hear back with no action plan. This process lasted over 5 weeks.

During treatment: There is an app to track your treatment, but the app stopped working within the 1st week of the treatment. It still doesn't work even after deleting/downloading the app again.
