"At first"

At first, the communication with Byte was great—the team was quick to respond to my questions, and payment collection was smooth. I quickly received the impression kit, but things started to stall from there. After sending in the impression kit, Byte requested a full documentation from my dentist (which I didn’t have since I hadn’t seen my dentist in over a year). I took care of all the requirements for my dental health and followed additional steps recommended by my dentist.

Once I provided everything, Byte stopped updating me. I had to repeatedly reach out to check on the process. Since there was concern after my dentist visit, Byte sent a new impression kit. I sent that in, and again—no updates. Over a week ago, I was told the aligners were shipped, but according to tracking, UPS hasn’t received the package yet. It’s been nearly five months, and I'm still waiting for my aligners.

"No refund issued"

I was told by my dentist I was not a good candidate for Byte because of my implants. When I requested a refund, I was told I needed to send in an impression even though thale impressions are useless.

I’m so thrilled—my impression kit just arrived! Everything was packed so beautifully and the instructions were crystal clear. My 15-year-old son was able to handle everything completely on his own! This is such a game changer; no more wasting time with dentist appointments and missing school! It’s super convenient for both of us. We’re sending the impressions off tomorrow, and so far, everything has gone smoothly!

"They send you the kit then send you an…"

They send you the kit then send you an email saying if you send impressions in you are obligated to continue payment for teeth straightening. They never give you a price for that and your specialist is a robot who doesn’t even respond. At this point just pay an ortho for proper care for cosmetic needs byte is no good

I got my impression kit and when I opened it they only gave me the dark putty when there was supposed to be 2 light and 2 dark putty to mix for the mold but there was only dark! I tried to contact them but to no avail!
