Just spoke with customer support today and was so disappointed that they’re asking me to re-entry for another $899 to complete my service? How ridiculous. Support told me that I should tried harder to hear back from them at the time so I should have not missed my deadline… I emailed them multiple times and commented here on this account (but ofc it’s now deleted). It’s funny how I’m the paying customer here and I’m also supposed to work harder in contacting them for support? Now it’s my fault that I went over the deadline to continue my service with them. How funny. Just spoke with customer support today and was so disappointed that they’re asking me to re-entry for another $899 to complete my service? How ridiculous. The customer service has been great. I expected to be treated like a number. Instead, there was personalized customer service, just the right amount of contact via text and email. The packaging, videos. Everything on the customer experience has been great.

They push you into buying them tell you that you need a second review. Go to your own dentist get told your too severe for clear aligners and they don't give your money back.
