The customer service was great until I paid for my aligners. Once I made a payment, I no longer received excellent customer service. The text number went unanswered for days (typical response time was 1 week). The phone number on the byte website went unanswered (even during office hours). The chat bot also went unanswered. I would receive emails that were no relevant to the stage of initial profile/treatment I was one. When I asked customer service about the emails, my questions went unanswered. It has been 2
Months and I have yet to receive my aligners.
