"Terrible service"

Terrible service. I had to pay extra when I picked up a car due to a booking error. 5 months ago I was told my claim was being passed on to the finance dept to pay me. I am still waiting!!!!

I am still waiting to be reimbursed by Vehicle Rent for payment I made online for ca rhire. . They informed me a few days before I was to pick upthe car from Europcar at Toulouse airport in December that their arrangements had changed, I would have to pay at the airport, and they would reimburse me. I have received acknowledgement that they will - but then, nothing, and they don,t respond to emails, and the phone no. on here goes dead.
Strangely, soon after making the booking, I had a text claiming to be from Santander asking me to confirm the payment. I contacted the number given, but stopped when the person started asking illegitimately for details of my account. It turns out the number they gave, 0808280112, is a notorious scam number claiming to be from Santander.. Very strange coincidence indeed

"ESTAFADORES"

Lamentable trato de esta empresa.Reclamación FY59104951 que tiene aprobado un reembolso de 298 € desde septiembre.En diciembre venció el plazo de 90 días que te dan para que no les molestes durante ese tiempo y a día de hoy no he recibido ni un euro.He llamado 10 veces y otros tantos mails y de vez en cuando mandan un mail de disculpas y que tengamos paciencia.Una absoluta verguenza de empresa. Está trasmitido el caso al Centro Europeo del Consumidor y a la OCU.Esto es inadmisible.

"Vehicle Rent & Car Target Group - AVOID THESE COMPANIES"

I honestly thought I was the only one this had happened to but it seems not and there are many others on here that have been scammed by this company, I had a long, drawn out process to get my claim approved with Vehicle Rent (also known as Car Target or Car Target Group). I finally got an email confirming my claim was approved on 23rd Sept 19 and was told I would have the funds within 90 days, this obviously didn't happen and I've been chasing ever since with no response at all.

"Keine Rückerstattung"

Ich warte bis heute noch immer auf meine Rückerstattung für den unverschuldeten Glasbruch in den Herbstferien 2019. Per E-Mail habe ich im Januar die Freigabe der Zahlung von fast 500 Euro erhalten. Bis heute kam kein Geld an. Telefonisch wurde ich im Februar vertröstet, dass man mit der Buchhaltung klären wird, wo das Geld ist. Inzwischen erreiche ich telefonisch bei Vehicle Rent niemanden mehr und auf Mails wird nicht reagiert.

Haven't received my deposit refund after making successfull claim 4 months ago. As so many more I took Relax package which includes Super Excess Refund. After my claim have been approved they stopped responding to my emails and calls. Terrible experience. Considering legal action.

"Got an insurance with the company and…"

Got an insurance with the company and tried filing for damages on our car. Never got the money. We are now 6 months later.
Don't use this insurance.

"No claim return after many months"

Honestly a nightmare to claim under the Relax package. Waiting for months for a response let alone a refund on claim. Don’t bother as they straight up lie, and contravene their own terms and conditions.

Waiting for a refund since september, they do not answer my mails anymore. They approved a refund and thats all, never contacted me again and via phone they are not reachable. The worst customer experience in my life!

"Pessimo servizio"

Pessimo servizio. L'Agenzia locale ci ha contattati per informarci che nono stante avessimo già pagato non avremmo avuto la macchina in quanto Vehicle Rent non li pagava da troppo tempo. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare taxi e nessuno risponde alle nostre richieste di rimborso.
Assolutamente da evitare!
